Our Mission:
Leadership Missoula is a program designed to take 42 future Missoula leaders and facilitate and develop the growth of those individuals. We provide the class an excellent opportunity to interact with different community members and an outlet to explore community issues. Leadership Missoula class members begin their experience with an overnight beginning retreat, which is then followed by 8 all day sessions. The year closes with an overnight ending retreat in May. Graduates of the class will then be responsible for organizing the next year's sessions. Leadership Missoula has graduated over 800 individuals many of which are now involved in politics, education, community events, non-profits and much more.
