     Congratulations Leadership Missoula 26!

T
he Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce would like to Congratulate the graduating class of LM 26.  The group has successfully completed the 8-session Leadership Missoula program, which ended on a high note with graduation at the beautiful Flathead Lake Lodge.  Thank you to everyone involved in making this year so successful (especially LM 26 Chair – Staci Flynn and LM 27 Chair-Elect – Jason Erickson) and we look forward to working with next year’s class!

Missoula is a dynamic community. This energy and constant reshaping presents many challenges and opportunities for the citizens of Missoula. Keeping our community vibrant and healthy requires insightful leaders who have the ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide variety of groups. LEADERSHIP MISSOULA is designed to facilitate the development and growth of leaders and provide an excellent opportunity to interact with different community members as the Leadership Missoula class explores community issues.

Leadership Missoula is a two year commitment. The first year as a class member, the second year as a member of the planning committees that organize the sessions for the new class the following year. LM class members begin their experience with a two-day retreat followed by 8 all-day sessions: approximately one each month October through April. A two-day treat in May will culminate the first year learning experience.

LEADERSHIP MISSOULA is a program to help identify and motivate potential leaders

LEADERSHIP MISSOULA has graduated over 800 business men and women in the Missoula area
