At the Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce, we're constantly listening to our members. The feedback we receive helps us move forward as an organization and better serve you.
Every member of the Chamber staff regularly interacts with membership. Over time, we've heard ideas and suggestions that have inspired us to add new member benefits, increasing the value of your membership (like the Chamber Education Series). We also get tips on issues that our Government Affairs division should look into or address. We even get referrals for businesses who would be good additions to our membership!
Hearing from our members can happen in different ways. Occasionally we'll reach out to get your views on specific issues facing the community. We'll send out online polls or ask you about issues during various Chamber events. Other times we'll catch you in passing and hear about the challenges you're facing in business or in the community. From there we'll bring what we hear to the full staff as well as the Chamber Board of Directors to discuss. If there's something we can do to make a difference, we'll make an effort to do just that!
Hearing from our members is critical to the work of the Chamber. While we serve as the voice of business in the Missoula community, we can't do that without your voice in our ear. We value the feedback and comments we receive from all of our members - so speak up and let us know what achievements you're proud of, what challenges you face and what the Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce can do to make help you and the rest of the Missoula community!
