REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final. Refunds will be issued for cancellations that occur outside the cancellation period. Our cancellation period is 48 hours after the specified transaction time. Cancellations after the date or days before the event and No-Shows are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a $15 administrative fee.
