Alicia Olson is a hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership, currently serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at Comfort Inn University in Missoula. She is passionate about building relationships, creating opportunities, and contributing to a strong and connected community. Alicia has previously served as Co- President of the Gymnastics Booster Club, coached a First LEGO League team, and held board positions with the MLHA Sales & Marketing Council and the Missoula Business Women’s Networking Group. She currently serves on the Missoula TBID Grant Selection Committee and volunteers with Meals on Wheels. Alicia is particularly passionate about mentorship and helping others recognize their potential, a perspective shaped in part by her own experience balancing career and family as a single parent. She is excited to participate in Leadership Missoula to expand her leadership skills, gain a deeper understanding of the strengths and challenges facing the Missoula community, and discover new ways to contribute and make a meaningful impact. Outside of work and community involvement, Alicia is passionate about both local and world travel and enjoys the perspective that comes from experiencing new places, people, and cultures.
