Carter Miller

Carter was born and raised in North-Central Montana, and grew up in in Valier, Montana where he graduated with a class of 13. He met his now wife, Haley Erickson, while still in high school and is grateful for being able to already transition through many of life’s different stages with her. Together, they have lived in Missoula since 2017 and were married in 2023. Carter has always had an interest in financial markets since his father opened a small brokerage account in his name and always kept him engaged with it. It was this interest that led to an internship at D.A. Davidson during senior year at the University of Montana and eventually to a budding career as a financial advisor with the firm. In his downtime, Carter enjoys reading across all genres (especially sci-fi), watching sports, spending time with his wife at local breweries, and enjoying the outdoors and natural beauty of Montana. He is extremely excited to join the Leadership Missoula program and can’t wait to become more involved and rooted in the Missoula community.
