Christie McCullough

As a proud Missoulian, born and raised, I graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in education. My professional journey began early—working for the local refuse company throughout high school and college—and continued there until 2015. That year marked a new chapter as I joined Blackfoot Communications, stepping into the world of project coordination.

Since then, I’ve grown within the company and currently serve as the Director of Customer Success, where I lead a dedicated team of Residential and Business Customer Success Specialists. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and helping customers succeed through meaningful engagement and support.

Outside of work, my husband and I have two boys, and it has been a joy watching them grow into young adults. As a family, we love traveling to cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals, exploring Major League stadiums across the country. My guilty pleasure is watching Christmas movies all year round.
