C.J. McGrath

I’m currently the Clinical Nurse Manager at Providence Heart Institute. I’ve spent several years immersed in the cardiac world at St. Patrick Hospital—wearing many hats and loving every heartbeat of it. I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership, which has helped shape my approach to building strong, collaborative teams and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care with empathy and excellence. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids—two of whom have flown the nest and continue to make me proud, and one who keeps me busy as a dedicated hockey mom (the rink is basically my second home). I recharge by hiking Montana’s beautiful trails with an audiobook in my ears and nerdy fantasy books in my backpack. I’m lucky to have a wonderfully supportive husband, Dan, who’s always up for spontaneous travel adventures and keeps life exciting, grounded, and full of laughter. I’m passionate about building meaningful professional relationships that not only strengthen our teams but also help improve the health and well-being of the community I’m proud to serve.
