Hollie Nagel

My name is Hollie Nagel, and I currently serve as the Chief Nursing Officer at Community Medical Center. In my current role, I bring a passion for advancing clinical excellence, developing leaders, and improving patient and caregiver experience. My career has included roles in bedside nursing, quality and risk management, ethics and compliance, and executive healthcare leadership, all of which have shaped my commitment to serving our community and strengthening access to high quality healthcare. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, my family and I have lived in Missoula since 2018. I am married and have three children, and in my free time I enjoy reading, traveling, and volunteering at my friend's farm, where I am always happy to trade boardrooms for barn duties.
