Jen Bailey

Community Medical Center 

Hi, my name is Jen Bailey, and I am the Director of Laboratory Services at Community Medical Center. I have served in this role for three years, but I have been with the organization for more than 20 years. My career has taken me through cancer diagnostics, hazardous materials management, regulatory compliance, rural healthcare outreach and leadership. My professional passion has always been in public healthcare initiatives that support rural Montana by keeping our patients in our community. As the laboratory director this passion meets policy in how we design and offer our services to the public in both a screening and diagnostic capacity. In my free time you can find me paddleboarding, hiking and backpacking through the great state of Montana.
