I'm Maddy Morris, the Government Affairs Director for the Missoula Organization of REALTORS, where I support members through advocacy, policy engagement, and work on issues affecting housing and real estate in our community. I'm a Missoula native and spent 15 years in Washington, D.C., working with the federal government and supporting top leaders across the country, from Cabinet Secretaries to senior executives at Fortune 100 organizations. My background also includes campaign work, public opinion polling, and policy communications. Outside of work, I'm usually spending time with family and friends, hanging out with my mini goldendoodle, Kit, or taking on DIY projects that are rarely as "quick and easy" as expected.
