Jeff Kuchel joined Crowley Fleck as an attorney in 2013 and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Jeff has substantial experience litigating complicated commercial matters in several areas, including real property law, real estate malpractice, and financial industry litigation.
Jeff grew up in Florence and graduated from Florence Carlton High School. He then moved to Tucson, Arizona and attended the University of
Arizona for two years. In 1999, Jeff enlisted with the Arizona Army National Guard and subsequently served on active duty for several years. Following his time in the military, Jeff worked in healthcare finance while also going to school. Jeff completed his bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University and returned to Montana to attend law school. Jeff joined Crowley Fleck after graduating from the University Of Montana School Of Law in 2013.
Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Meagan, a nurse practitioner in Missoula, his son, Preston, a high school student at Big Sky High School, and their three dogs, Jack, Norman, and Tess. Jeff serves on the Board of Directors of the Missoula Downtown Association, volunteers with the Fourth Judicial District Veterans Court, and is a Reserve Deputy with the Missoula County Sheriff’s Department.
