Paul Shrives

Paul Shrives is a Senior Project Manager at Jackson Contractor Group. After graduating from Seattle University in 2010, Paul was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, serving eight years on active duty as an Armor Officer. He later earned a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Columbus State University. After leaving the Army Paul transitioned into the construction industry in Seattle before relocating back to his Montana roots in Missoula at the end of 2019. He joined Leadership Missoula to deepen his connection to the community and contribute through service and leadership. Outside of work, Paul stays busy with his wife and five kids, coaching youth football and supporting his children’s many activities. His family is active at Saint Francis Xavier Church.
