Randi Edwards
University of Montana
Randi Edwards serves as Deputy Director of International Programs at the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Center at the University of Montana. Born and raised in rural Montana, she is committed to bridging divides, strengthening democracy, and expanding access to cross-cultural opportunities. Randi studied Japanese language and culture at the University of Montana before spending five years in Japan as an English teacher through the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program. She joined the Mansfield Center in 2020 and now leads international programs and strategic initiatives focused primarily on East and Southeast Asia, including the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Academic Fellows Program. She is deeply passionate about fostering globally minded leaders of integrity through the exchange of dialogue, cultures, ideas, and experiences.
