Ryan Guelff

City of Missoula 

Ryan Guelff is the City Engineer for Transportation with the City of Missoula, where he contributes to transportation projects and policies aimed at making Missoula safer, more accessible, and more prosperous. Ryan was born and raised in Billings and earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Montana Tech. He has over a decade of combined private- and public-sector experience in transportation and civil engineering and is a past President and current Board member of the Montana Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. Ryan has a strong interest in public service and finding practical ways to improve the community. He sees Leadership Missoula as an opportunity to learn from people working across different parts of the community, build new relationships, and broaden his perspective both as an engineer and a Leader. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, mountain biking, being on the river, and attending local sporting events.
