Food & Beverage- October 2020

After the roundtable discussion, the Chamber's focus has been directed on providing resources for these businesses, advocating with the local health department and promoting the safety measures that staff and owners are taking.

Retail- November 2020

With the upcoming holiday season, the best way the Chamber could support this industry was to promote a shop local campaign and provide information on alternative ways to shop locally during the pandemic. The Chamber collaborated with Missoula Downtown Association and Destination Missoula to create a web page dedicated to this effort.

The session led to many insights on how the Chamber might be able to move the needle on issues facing this industry by being the convener of the private and public sectors. Our goals will be centered around our ability to advocate and provide assistance in governmental affairs.
